Refund Policy

At Solace Mental Health & Wellness, we are dedicated to providing quality mental health services and ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy to ensure smooth scheduling for all clients.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
All services, including psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy sessions, and medication management, are non-refundable once provided.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $125. This fee is due regardless of the reason for cancellation and is intended to help us manage our scheduling and compensate for the time reserved for your appointment.

3. Payment and Billing
The $125 cancellation fee will be billed to you if applicable. Payments are processed at the time of service or as instructed during scheduling. If you have billing questions, please contact our billing department at (346) 691-2073.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, such as emergencies or technical issues, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us promptly to discuss any special circumstances.
